On average a vehicle wrap will last for 3-5 years depending on weather conditions, climate and how well it is taken care of. Like all things, over time, everyday wear and tear could have an effect. Properly maintained vinyl can last many years.

Note:  Please order enough material as we cannot guarantee colours will perfectly match from different rolls of material.

Each product has a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturer defects. Every order is inspected for defects before shipment. The product must be installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions for the warranty to be valid.

Marine installation:  The product is very safe and effective in marine applications, due to the severe conditions marine equipment encounters, there is no warranty on marine applications.                                                                                                                                 

Vinyl wrap is NOT PERMANENT and can generally be removed easily within 3 years. The acrylic based adhesive is not likely to damage a vehicle with ORIGINAL clear coat or paint. Inexpensive imported vinyl often has permanent adhesive that is difficult to remove and can damage clear coat and paint if removal is necessary. This is one of the many benefits of using a professional grade product.

Our professional grade vinyl products require dry application. No water or adhesives are to be added. You will need rubbing alcohol to clean the surface, a squeegee and a heat gun.

Yes!  Just about any smooth, finished surface can be wrapped, such as sporting gear, helmets, skis, skateboards, snowboards, laptops, car interiors, wheels. The list is almost endless.

To cancel an order, please get in touch with us. If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to accommodate your request. If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. See RETURNS AND REFUNDS for further information.

Changes can be made to an order that hasn’t shipped. Please contact us at info@atvinyl.com as soon as possible.

We ship to Canada and the USA.

International Destinations: Shipping can be provided to International Destinations. Please email info@atvinyl.com with your address, and the items you would like to order for an estimated shipping cost. Customs and Duties – see below.

Orders ship within 2-3 days of purchase. We use the most reasonable shipper to your location. A tracking number can be given upon request. All shipping times are estimates only and do not come with any guaranteed delivery dates.

Deliveries to the USA and International Destinations: We ship out orders in a timely manner but cannot control shipping times.

COVID-19: Please allow extended shipping time as there could be delays in shipping.

Should you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at info@atvinyl.com. We’ll only accept changes to your address if your purchase has not shipped.

Please ensure your that your address is COMPLETE AND ACCURATE. Incorrect or incomplete addresses that result in shipments being returned may forfeit any refund due to return shipping costs.

Any shipment that is marked as DELIVERED by the courier company is considered to be a successful delivery. AT Vinyl Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Each return is on a case-by-case basis. If an item has been opened and used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Partial orders, custom car kits, small items or samples are non-refundable. Please contact us at info@atvinyl.com before returning your order.

Undamaged items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original packaging. Each return is subject to a 25% restocking fee since all material is usually cut to length.

Purchases are to be returned at the buyer’s expense; shipping costs will not be refunded. Import duties, taxes and other charges are not refundable. If we incur these charges from US and International Destinations, they will not be refunded. 

In the event of a refund, funds will be returned to the original form of payment.

NOT APPLICABLE. Items are shipping from within Canada and do not incur border fees.

Most of our products either qualify for USMCA (the new NAFTA) or are low value; for this reason, there shouldn’t be any duties. However, if you choose to ship with FedEx, there may be a flat rate brokerage fee for the imported item.

High-Value items may not qualify for USMCA and could be subject to Customs Duties that will be the receiving party’s responsibility, along with any brokerage fees.

Customs duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the receiving party. As each country has its duty, tariff and import fees and laws, we cannot provide an estimated cost.

We try our best to package merchandise in a way that prevents shipping damage; however, there’s always the possibility of something going wrong.

If you see possible damage, DO NOT OPEN the package, refuse the package from the courier and contact us immediately at info@atvinyl.com. Once the item has been returned, we will ship a new product.

If you accept the package and find damage only later, please email us photos that clearly show the damage and the original shipping label with your address and tracking number. It’s possible the merchandise inside is perfectly fine, and the packaging did its job of protecting it.
